Updates:

- Gutted existing bathroom for more spacious modern design.
- Replaced windows to improve energy efficiency.
- Added central AC by modifying existing forced hot air system (introducing condenser unit & evaporator coil)
- Deleting exterior window allowed for plan reconfiguration.
- That optimized space led to a generously sized walk-in shower.
- Added skylight = abundant natural light.
