Generous roof overhangs make gutters obsolete - a blessing in the fall. A repeating glass block cube pattern (not visible here) lets filtered light into the basement utility space. And the CMU foundation joints were struck such that the horizontal is articulated - all appreciated details.
This unpolished gem was in desperate need of a little TLC.
